Important! This article contains user guides for the semi-automated Parse Biosciences Evercode™ BCR v3 and BCR Mega v3 workflow on the INTEGRA ASSIST PLUS robotic system. The protocol replaces "Section 1. In Situ Cell Barcoding" and "Section 2. cDNA Purification and Amplification" of the standard Evercode BCR v3 User Guide. Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the user guide will need to be performed manually.
