Between 1-96 samples can be fixed in parallel with EvercodeTM Cell Fixation v3 and Evercode Nuclei Fixation v3 kits for inputs of 100,000 to 4M1 cells/nuclei or Evercode Low Input Cell Fixation v3 and Evercode Low Input Nuclei Fixation v3 for inputs from 10,000 to 100,000 cells/nuclei. Depending on the number of samples being processed, we recommend different workflows and kits. See the tables below for detailed recommendations.
Note: In order to maximize the cell/nuclei quality, high-throughput fixation kits are only recommended for projects where 48-96 samples can be prepared at the same time.
