We recommend measuring the DNA concentrations1 using a QubitTM Flex Fluorometer as this is our validated method. Other quantification methods such as Nanodrop or Bioanalyzer are inadequate to measure the DNA concentrations and are not currently supported as they can lead to inaccurate downstream results.
