Important! This article contains user guides for the semi-automated Parse Biosciences Evercode™ BCR and BCR Mega workflow on the INTEGRA ASSIST PLUS robotic system. The protocol replaces "Section 1. In Situ Cell Barcoding" and "Section 2. cDNA Purification and Amplification" of the standard Evercode BCR User Guide. Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the user guide will need to be performed manually.
